IIRC to publish integrated reporting framework in 2013

The International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) will focus on four main themes in developing its integrated reporting framework - the definition of integrated reporting, its target audience, the concept of value and the timing of the framework's release, while also confirming that it will publish the integrated reporting framework by the end of 2013.
